Ingredients
  

  • 2 ribeye steaks (1 inch thick)
  • 2 tbsp. olive oil

Seasoning

  • 2 tsp. sea salt
  • 1 tsp. black pepper
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder

Preparation

  • Remove the steaks from the refrigerator and allow them to come to room temperature for 30 minutes.
  • Preheat grill to high heat.
  • In a small bowl, mix together the kosher salt, black pepper, and garlic powder.
  • Rub both sides of the steaks with olive oil.
  • Season the steaks generously with the salt, pepper, and garlic powder mixture.

Cook

  • Place the steaks on the preheated grill and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare doneness.
  • Once the steaks are cooked to your desired doneness, remove them from the grill and let them rest for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
