Ingredients
  

  • 4 boneless porkchops

Seasoning

  • 4 tbsp. bbq rub
  • 1/4 cup bbq sauce

Preparation

  • Remove the pork chops from the refrigerator and let them sit at room temperature for 30 minutes.
  • Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  • Season both sides of the pork chops generously with BBQ rub

Cook

  • Place the pork chops on the preheated grill and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F.
  • Brush BBQ sauce onto the pork chops during the last 2-3 minutes of cooking.
  • Once the pork chops are cooked, remove them from the grill and let them rest for 5 minutes.
  • Serve the pork chops with additional BBQ sauce.
